First they changed their voting semifinal from the first to second upsetting Portugal and especially Andorra, and now it is reported they failed to show the second one, where they were now supposed to vote altogether? Wasn't it in EBU's rules a participating country must show Eurovision live? The semi final they are voting plus the final? Did they use the back up jury tonight?
