We all know Kelly Clarkson can absolutely slay a song, even if the original tune belongs to someone else. For that reason, we're not at all surprised to know that the singer's live cover of Nick Jonas' "Jealous" was nothing short of perfection. On Thursday, Kelly performed a flawless rendition of the JoBro's hit single during a show at Radio City Music Hall in response to a fan who requested the song."I'm so excited to sing this song because I love this guy. We're going to be touring together in Canada after we finish here in the States," Kelly said to the crowd of concertgoers. "Are y'all gonna sing? You better sing if you know it."
Sure, we know the lyrics, Kelly! And here's something else we know: Kelly's not afraid to show her support for other artists and we absolutely love her for it. Whether she's covering songs like Rihanna's "B*tch Better Have My Money" and Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off," or hitting the studio with Demi Lovato, she always finds a way to spread the love to her fellow musicians. And we can't forget to mention her total fan-girl moment over Harry Styles when she referred to the singer as "such a gentleman." (We've all been there, Kelly.)
Now all we need is a compilation album of Kelly Clarkson covers because she manages to leave us speechless every time.
